Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases of coaching programs, digital materials, and consultation services offered by Thryva ("Thryva", "we", "us", "our"). It sets out the terms of purchase and your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, refunds, and program continuation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all programs, digital materials, consultation calls, and coaching subscriptions purchased directly through the Thryva website, mobile forms, or authorized payment links.

3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

By completing any purchase from Thryva, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been received, Thryva immediately allocates coaching resources, scheduling capacity, dietician time, program materials, and access to private support systems specifically reserved for you. These resources cannot be reclaimed or resold once committed, and refunds are therefore not offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

•Change of mind after enrollment

• Inability or unwillingness to follow the program

• Personal, medical, family, or financial circumstances arising after enrollment

• Disagreement with the coach assigned, the protocol delivered, or the pace of progress

• Failure to attend scheduled coaching sessions

• Failure to implement the protocols, recommendations, or lifestyle changes prescribed

• Dissatisfaction with results, perceived or actual

• Discontinuation of the program by the client for any reason

By making payment, you confirm that you have read this policy, understood its terms, and accepted it without reservation.

4. No Refunds on Initiated Services

Once a client has:

• Attended any consultation, assessment, or coaching call, or

• Received any program materials, protocols, or digital access, or

• Been onboarded into any private WhatsApp group, support channel, or coaching system,

the program is considered substantively initiated, and no refund shall be issued in part or full.

This applies regardless of how much of the program remains unused.

5. Reschedule and Pause Options (No Cash Refund)

While we do not offer refunds, we recognize that life circumstances may genuinely affect your ability to engage with the program. In good faith, Thryva offers the following operational alternatives, granted entirely at Thryva's discretion:

• One-time reschedule of an upcoming coaching session, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Program pause of up to 30 days, granted once per client, for documented personal or medical reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are approved at Thryva's sole discretion.

• Transfer of unused sessions to a future start date, subject to availability and approval.

These are not refunds. No cash, credit, or monetary value will be returned at any stage. These accommodations exist purely to support legitimate continuation of the program.

6. Missed Sessions and No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled coaching session without providing 24-hour advance notice, the session is considered delivered and forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be offered as a matter of right, though Thryva may at its sole discretion offer a one-time goodwill rescheduling.

7. Service Failures Caused by Thryva

In the rare event that Thryva is unable to deliver a scheduled session due to a technical failure, coach unavailability, or other internal cause, we will reschedule the session at no cost to you. No cash refund will be issued for such occurrences — only rescheduling.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or card issuer after having received any portion of the program, materials, or coaching access constitutes a breach of these terms. Thryva reserves the right to:

• Contest such chargebacks formally with the relevant payment processor and card network, supplying evidence of purchase authorization and service delivery

• Immediately terminate all program access, coaching support, and digital resources

• Pursue recovery of fees through legal means under Indian contract and consumer law

Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns or grievances directly with Thryva at [email protected] before initiating any external dispute, so that we can attempt resolution in good faith.

9. Authorized Transactions

By voluntarily completing payment through any Thryva-issued payment link, invoice, or platform, you confirm that:

You are the authorized account holder of the payment instrument used

You have read and understood the program description, pricing, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy

The transaction is made willingly and with full awareness of these terms

No coercion, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of payment credentials has occurred

10. Promotional, Discounted, and Bonus Offers

All programs and components purchased under promotional pricing, limited-time offers, festival discounts, or as bundled bonuses are strictly non-refundable. The same no-refund terms apply, with no exceptions.

11. Compliance Statement

This policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable Indian consumer-protection regulations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
