Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases of coaching programs and digital services offered by Thryva (“Thryva”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
It ensures transparent communication of your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all programs, digital materials, and coaching subscriptions purchased directly through the Thryva website, mobile forms, or authorized payment links.


3. Cancellation Before Program Start

You may cancel your enrollment before your program start date (the date your first onboarding or assessment call is scheduled).

Cancellations requested before the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment-gateway convenience fees charged by third parties (if applicable).

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your full name, registered email, and payment reference.


4. Refund After Program Start

Once your program has started and initial materials or sessions have been delivered, Thryva commits resources such as coaching time, scheduling, and access to digital systems.
Therefore:

Refunds after the start date are subject to review and may be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the program.

No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed or delivered.

Requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of program start.


5. Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads or e-books once accessed or delivered.

Completed sessions or personalized plans.

Any promotional or discounted offers clearly marked as “non-refundable”.


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Thryva is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment-gateway systems.


7. Transfer or Pause Option

If you cannot continue your program for valid personal reasons, you may:

Transfer remaining sessions to a later start date, or

Pause the program once for up to 30 days.
Such requests can be made via [email protected] and are approved at Thryva’s discretion.


8. Dispute Resolution

In the rare case of a billing or service dispute:

9. Compliance Statement

This policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian consumer-protection regulations.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
